REGULATORY ADAPTATION (CLUSTER MODEL)

European Compliance Cluster: Aligned with GDPR and Consumer Rights Directive. User rights remain enforceable where legally required; liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

United States Compliance Cluster: Aligned with CCPA and FTC Act. Arbitration clauses and class-action waivers are generally enforceable; liability clauses are limited only by gross negligence.

Common Law Cluster: Aligned with UK Consumer Rights Act and Australian Consumer Law. Liability exclusions cannot exclude statutory guarantees but can limit commercial liability if reasonable.

UNIVERSAL FOOTER — INFRASTRUCTURE STATUS, AI LIMITATION, LIABILITY FRAMEWORK & FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Infrastructure & Non-Agency Declaration
The Provider operates, and may operate, as an infrastructure owner, service enabler, or in any other operational, facilitative, or intermediary capacity, including but not limited to evolving roles based on business, technological, or structural requirements.

Any provision of domains, subdomains, systems, or resources to third parties constitutes limited access or space utilization only, including but not limited to rental or delegated usage models.

Such access does not create, and shall not be construed to create, any partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship between the Provider and any third party.

All authorized users, clients, and third parties operate as independent entities and are solely responsible for their own conduct, content, compliance, and legal obligations under applicable laws and regulations.

AI Output & Automation Limitation:
All AI-generated or AI-assisted content, outputs, systems, and interactions are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” and may be subject to inaccuracies, inconsistencies, interruptions, or unintended results. The User agrees not to rely on such outputs without independent verification and assumes all risks associated with their use.

Independent Liability & Risk Allocation:
The User assumes full responsibility for all actions, decisions, and consequences arising from any interaction, engagement, or transaction with the Provider, including but not limited to financial, legal, operational, reputational, or data-related outcomes.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it shall be limited to the greater of $10 USD or the minimum enforceable amount under applicable law.

Enforcement & Continuity:
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to remain enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Final Acknowledgment:
By continuing to access or use any part of the Provider’s ecosystem, including but not limited to oxoioxo.com and its associated infrastructure, you acknowledge the authority of JAHAHZEB KHAN as the Provider and agree to be bound by all applicable terms to the maximum extent permitted by law.
